Family Assistant Fees
Suncoast offers Two types of placements for Family Assistants:
Option 1: Permanent Placement
The agency fee for a Full-Time or Part-time Position is $1000. A non-refundable retainer fee to start your search is $250 with the raining balance of $750 due upon placement or at least 7 days prior to the assistants start date.
Part or Full Time Permanent Placement: $1000
For this placement, the family and assistant work together to create a schedule on their own terms – for the hours and duties described in their Family/Assistant contract. The family and Assistant will work together to decide the hourly rate or salary for their hired Assistant. Hourly rates start at $25/hr.
Option 2: As Needed – Hourly
Agency Daily Booking Fee (non-refundable): $50 per date booked
Hourly Assistant Rate: $30 per hour with a two hour minimum.
Holiday pay: $45 – all works worked on a holiday listed below are charged at Time & 1/2.
We have a 2 hour minimum for all Assistant Hours booked. You can book as many hours as you need; weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
Our Agency observes the following Holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Valentines Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Cancellation Policy: All Hourly Assistant Jobs require a 48 hour Cancellation Notice. If you cancel your service with less than a 48 hour notice, a service fee of $80 will be charged to the card on your account.
